Sale, Refund and Shipping Policies

 

1. Privacy and security: All information provided to micheletuohey.com will not be traded, sold or lent to anyone and will be held in the strictest of confidence. Items sold in the "Gift shop" page of my website are handled by Cafepress.com which has its own privacy statement, sale, refund and shipping policies.

2. Payment Options: I accept MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® and money orders made out to: micheletuohey.com for the sale of my paintings and limited edition prints.

2. All purchases will take between 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

3. Illinois residents will be charged an 8.75% sales tax for prints and paintings. There is no sales tax for purchases of these items by residents of other states.

4. Free shipping will be provided for the sale of all prints via US Postal Service Priority Mail for orders shipped to US addresses only. Please e-mail me at: shipping@micheletuohey.com for international courier shipping charges.

5. For shipping charges for paintings within and outside the United States, please contact me at: shipping@micheletuohey.com.

6. Gift shipping: If you would like a print or a painting to be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address, please indicate this on the "order form" page if you are paying by money order (click on "order form" on the bar at the top of this page) or by e-mailing me at: michele@micheletuohey.com if you are paying by credit card.

7. Guarantee: Prints and paintings may be returned within a period of 10 days after they are received and a refund will be given if the items are in re-salable condition. The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that all international sales are final.
